LIBBY RADABAUGH

Libby's real estate career began at Keller Williams Realty in Bend, Oregon. Her academic and professional background, including a Master's degree in Counseling and 15 years as a legal assistant, provides her with exceptional communication and negotiation skills to meet her clients' needs. 

In 2022, Libby made the move from Oregon to California and proudly joined the Rachel Adams Lee Group, a team recognized by the Wall Street Journal as a top 1,000 Real Estate Team in the United States and locally as a top 1% team in the Greater Sacramento area.

In addition to Libby's real estate experience, she has worked alongside her husband's construction company, specializing in building, designing, and remodeling luxury homes. With four generations of home builders and interior design in her family, she has developed a deep understanding of construction and the design/staging process. This has fueled her passion to serve her clients in obtaining and creating a true sanctuary they can call home.

Beyond the realm of real estate, Libby is a wife and a mother of four very active boys, an author of a children's book, and a spiritual life coach. On the rare occasion she has time for herself, you will find her in the world of design and elegance, including interior design, fashion, ballroom dancing, and jewelry. With a love for travel, Libby has been blessed to experience international living, including building and selling homes in Costa Rica. This experience has given her a broad perspective to better serve clients from diverse backgrounds and investment interests.
